Due to the crazy unseasonably warm weather in my part of the country I felt the need to break out a summer-y manicure. Unfortunately, I'm going thru a rut when it comes to being creative lately. So, I put a slight twist on a mani I've already done.


I used Sinful Colors Snow Me White as a base and then Icing Grande Margarita, Color Club, I'm Feelin' Groovy, Nina Ultra Pro Blu Blaze, China Glaze Pool Party, Absolute! Orange.
For the stamping i used Sally Hansen Quick Color Pen in Gold Chrome along with Bundle Monster plate BM-225


Kudos to anyone that caught the Daria reference in the title.

With all the the elusiveness surrounding Connect the Dots (and every other Lynnderella polish for that matter). I've decided to take my search elsewhere. And that's how I found All That Glitters Etsy Shop!!

Not too long a go I did a post with double the half moon fun (click here to see it). So naturally, I decided to try it again with a different color combination.


This time I used OPI San Tan-Tonio & Suzi Loves Cowboys from the OPI Texas Collection.

I showed one of my friends this mani the day I did it and her exact response was, "Oooh chocolate!"

After seeing other peoples' Ruffian manicures I decided to try it out for myself. I wasn't too crazy with the outcome but I did get a lot of compliments from it.

Back in January I ordered some Nubar polish. And I'm just now getting around to swatching them (shame on me, I know). So without further ado here are the Nubar Polka Dots swatched on a nail wheel.

I've done my fair share of half moon manicures so I figured why not try something a little different.


For this mani I used reinforcement labels, Wet' n Wild Black, and Sinful Colors Snow Me White.
