After seeing other peoples' Ruffian manicures I decided to try it out for myself. I wasn't too crazy with the outcome but I did get a lot of compliments from it.

For this mani I used Sinful Colors Snow Me White, Sally Hansen X-treme Wear Celeb City, and my own franken Barbie Party.
