More Spikes & Nail Art Foil Revisited
Wednesday, July 10, 2013nail a college drop outIf you've been reading my blog for any amount of time, you'll notice my one favorite things when it comes to nails are spikes! Today I decided to dig up a few of my gold spikes, as well as some nail art foil a purchased two years ago to bring this manicure to life.
I started with a base color of Barry M Pure Turquoise. After that dried I went about the process of applying nail art foil. (For details see one of my very first posts using them. Talk about starting from the bottom.) Next, I broke out my handy dandy gold spikes.
A tip for nail art foil: quick dry top coats tend to wrinkle the nail art foil. to keep it at a minimum, I used a regular OPI Top Coat.
And there you have it folks! A little trip down memory lane and some amazing embellishments!
Tune in. Drop out. Love polish.
