I remember it like it was yesterday. It was during the final quarter of 2013
when I stumbled upon an Instagram account with water decals unlike anything I had
seen before. A short time passed and the IG account in question announced
their Big Cartel shop was open. As soon as I got home from work, I opened my
laptop and placed an order. A minimal amount of time elapsed and my nail
art goodies are on my coffee table (unrelated side note: I hate coffee) and
then this mani happened.
