• fun/on-trend colors
• most of them have a great formula  

Neon & Glitter
LeChat Dare To Wear

 Spot Light | Violetta | Anonymity | Honeysuckle

• 1-2 coats neons
• with the exception of Happy Hour, none require a white base color 

Icing (pre-summer 2013)

Summer 2013 Icing did some re-branding, changed bottle sizes, increased prices, and lowered the amount of polish per bottle. That's why I stopped buying them.
