It feels like the home stretch, finally! I'm a little past the half-way point of the fall semester of my SENIOR YEAR of undergrad. This feels like it has taken forever. I mean, probably because it has.
Anyway, when I'm not taking naps in my car, working two jobs, an internship, or going to class, I can be found buying all the nail art supplies the Internet has to offer. Decal haul coming soon, fyi. So here we are with some nail art featuring some decals I bought on AliExpress and some stamping plates from the company formerly known as Bundle Monster (Maniology).
I started this off with a base of Barielle Delicate Dancer on my index, middle, and ring fingers. For my Thumb and pinky I used Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Wild Strawberry.
Now, here's where the fun begins.
For my index, middle, and ring fingers I used the checkered board and the rows & columns of stripes images from two separate plates. Is stamping easy? Yes. Is there some slight learning curve to get it right? Double yes. I failed this part about two or three times per nail before I got it right.
After my myriad of attempts at stamping, I added some banana decals. Shout out to @StampingNailz on Instagram for putting me on. Again, more details to come in an upcoming nail decal haul.
These nails are bananas! B-A-N-A-N-A-S!
Can anyone actually spell bananas without singing "Hollaback Girl"? Does anyone actually know what a hollaback girl is? Lets have a chat in the comments.
Tune in. Drop out. Love polish.
